Refund & Returns

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shipping@racingpro.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

RETURNS

Returns of non-faulty items require proof of purchase and goods must come back to us in unopened, unused, resaleable condition in original packaging with all manuals and accessories, within 7days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return qualifies, we'll happily provide you with an exchange or store credit.

If your item is faulty this policy does not apply.

REFUNDS

Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days. Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used.
